(Senior IV&V Consultant)

  • Over several years, completed lean management transformation and multiple Independent Verification and Validation engagements for the Arizona State Legislature evaluating an ADEQ $12M Web Portal project that included authoring a comprehensive report detailing findings and recommendations related to process, resourcing, staffing, technology, architectures, fiscal budgetary alignment and overall project long term feasibility.


National Board of Realtors

  • ​Strategic analysis and planning for food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) - Produce Safety Rule (PSR) sustainable implementation

  • ​Analysis and research on outreach and mobile computing effectiveness for the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Special Nutritional Supplement Program

Choice Solutions, Inc. (Interim COO)

  • Provided executive consultation in the areas of strategic and business planning,  business process management, P-20W solutions delivery, technology alignment, operations management, customer (state leaders) relationship management and executive leadership.

 

Total System Services, Inc.  (CTO, Director of Technology Consultant, Database Architect Consultant)

  • Credit Card Business Intelligence: Provided leadership and was directly accountable and responsible for successful design and deployment of business intelligence modeled suite of solutions.
  • Operational Process and Engineering Services: Directly accountable for the organizational, resource, process and budgetary consolidation of the production operations, help desk, critical issue management, infrastructure (systems and network), and the operations data management teams.  Managed planned staff reduction process and cultural transformation from a siloed organizational structure to a more matrixed cross-discipline organization.

  • Data Management and Engineering Services: Created an engineering group focused on the data management (DM) discipline. Additionally tasked with the integration of this newly created DM group into a matrixed cross discipline group with existing engineers focused on the systems and network disciplines.  Also directed a feasibility analysis, including formal bake-off, regarding large scale infrastructure upgrades.  Lead working team data warehousing and on CISP (now PCI) credit card data security standards.

  • Database Architecture: Tasked with reviewing legacy application back-end processes and developing recommendations/processes and coding for optimization and scalability requirements. Additionally tasked with designing data management processes and data management architecture strategies for new application development.

 

XACTRadio, LLC (CIO/COO/Senior Developer Consultant)

  • OLTP and OLAP/DSS MS SQL Server and Oracle data services architect for a streaming media internet start-up organization. Worked as a senior level member of a Microsoft streaming media player development team with direct responsibility for data repository architecture, design (logical and physical) creation, replication, clustering and maintenance planning.

  • Directly responsible for the development and implementation of the COM+ VB data layer tier of our packaged application and web based player.


ISAGENIX Inc.

  • Multi-Level Marketing Web Application Design, Operational Process Development: Responsible for initial design of upgraded multi-level marketing management system.  Included business process management design and implementation.

 

MiniCo Inc.

  • Oracle Systems Upgrade Migration: Off-shore Development Team located in India requiring relationship facilitation and operational process design.  Responsible for Oracle upgrade conversion and migration with off-shore development staff.

 

BENTEK Energy, LLC

  • Operational Process, Data Management and Engineering Services: Responsible for designing, managing, implementing and monitoring a plan for BENTEK’s technical organizational maturation and the development of BENTEK’s technical strategic vision to manage the real time commoditization of information detailing natural gas flow rates and supply/demand metrics. To that end, development of an OLAP environment, measurable resource management, updated balanced prioritization on operational excellence with time-to- market development requirements, staff development and skill set inventory are a subset of the requirements associated with BENTEK’s IT transformation.

 

Diagnostic Cardiology Products (DCP), LLC

  • Process and Engineering Services Consultant: Accountable for designing, managing, implementing and monitoring the creation of required infrastructure to support the national sales requirements of products utilized in the operating theatre. Included the requirement to manage a code development integration process with EKG, ultrasound and other cardiovascular monitoring process vendors.

 

Aurora Mental Health Center Consultative Assignment

  • Data Management and Infrastructure, Applications and Infrastructure :Ultimately lead in the generation of a comprehensive reporting system detailing HIPPA compliant business intelligence system.

 

Kroll Worldwide Factual Data Division and Fidelity Investments Consultative Assignment

  • Data Management and Infrastructure Consultant: Retained to perform a technical audit of Factual Data’s existing infrastructure and offshore management practices.
